Rotation and magnetism of planetes , stars, pulsars and ...galaxies : an unified theory
The tables here below show that the relation Bp = 2.2 10E-17 M/PR gives with a surprising precision the magnetic fields of several celestial bodies. In fact this relation was given by PMS BLACKETT in a less pedagogic form; but also with a fundamental difference of the coefficient : we take the maximum of Bp for the Earth (paleomagnetic value) and of the highest magnetized pulsar. Then we obtain also the Bp of Mercury, of the best known white star (Feige 7), and of our galaxy, the Milky Way. For the galaxies Bp results clearly from the ring current of electrons in their equatorial plane. These electrons rotate because : a/ they are accelerated by the photons . By the joined Compton and Doppler effects (Meunier,1991) they receive more energy in the direction of their motion than they lose in the opposite direction. We have here the clearest explanation of the millisecond pulsars : the electrons of their ionosphere are accelerated by the X and gamma rays of the companion star.
b/ these electrons rotate also because they are attracted by the centripetal attraction of the electropositive planete, star or galaxy.
An electrostatic ROTOR. The relation giving the maximum of Bp is precise because the motor of the rotations is the ring of electrons rotating in the ionosphere. If this motor rotates faster, then the inner sphere rotates also faster.
How the MAGNETIC REVERSALS ? Blackett's theory failed because it could not explain the geomagnetic reversals. Presently the geomagnetic field is caused mainly by currents of electrons rotating in the metallic core. We think that these currents are induced by the electrons rotating in the ionosphere. If these motor is active the inner field increases. By the cataclysmic encounter with a galactic cloud of electrons, the ionospheric rotating is stopped . Then the geomagnetic field will reduce nearly to zero. A new rotation of the ionospheric rotation may began, but in the opposite direction if the little primary rotation was so.
GEOMAGNETISM : INNER and IONOSPHERIC CAUSES
We consider that the primary, fundamental cause of the polar magnetic field Bp of the Earth and the whole celestial bodies are the electrons rotating in the ionospheres, accelerated by the UV and X rays of the companion stars.When the rotating body has an inner metallic core C, like for the Earth (m : mantle) the inner induced currents produce magnetic fields prevailing on the outer causes. For the Earth (schema above) the rotating electrons are simplified by rings rotating all EASTWARD. The inner ring (red) is equivalent to a magnet NS with a south pole directed nearly to the geographic north ng. The outer rings (blue) are schematized with an excess of electrons because these electrons rotate faster than the protons and so produce the magnetic fields Bp and h.
Problem of the auroral SUBSTORMS ( see S.I. AKASOFU, EOS vol 91, n°31, p269-70, 3 aug 2010) . At the magnetic equator note the field hs, in oppostion with h. This explains the large decrease in low latitudes after a storm sudden commencement SSC. The increase of rotating electrons would be related to the selective inflow of negative charges into the globally electropositive ionosphere.

Cette théorie, s'appuyant sur des données nouvelles des champs magnétiques
célestes dont ceux, fantastiques, des pulsars, fut qualifiée de "puzzling" dans
une lettre que m'adressa Antony HEWISH, prix Nobel pour la découverte du 1er
pulsar, mais "qu'elle pose plus de problèmes qu'elle n'en résout". Ce fut un
grand encouragement pour moi de recevoir cette critique constructive du grand
astrophysicien de Cambridge, en quelque sorte le Galilée du 20ème siècle . En
effet A.HEWISH contribua à mettre au point un outil tout à fait nouveau, le
radio-télescope, avec lequel il découvrit des astres tout à fait nouveaux, les
pulsars et étoiles à neutrons, dont chaque cm3 pèse des millions de tonnes. La
physique quantique prévoyait ces objets et leur attribue un rayon R de 10 km. Ma
théorie s'appuyant sur les champs magnétiques réellement observés de la Terre,
des planètes, des pulsars etc. donne R=12km, tout à fait indépendamment de la
physique quantique.
Il est évidemment "puzzling" de constater que la relation Bp = 2,2 10E-17 M/PR
donne le champ magnétique Bp au pôles en fonction de la masse M, du rayon R et
de la période de rotation P , d'astres aussi différents que Mercure, la Terre,
une naine blanche, un pulsar, une galaxie de Seyfert, notre Galaxie. Et cela
avec une précision de 10% !! C'est que ces objets sont bâtis sur le même modèle
et qu'il y a un lien fondamental , fonctionnel , entre Bp, M, P et R. C'est un
peu comme si on faisait les rapports des poids du foie au cerveau d'un lapin et
d'un éléphant . Ces rapports sont voisins car les deux animaux fonctionnent de
la même façon, étant des mammifères herbivores.
Soit un plasma d'électrons et de protons tournant autour d'un astre, comme c'est
le cas de la Terre (ceinture de Van Allen, etc.). Si ce plasma est soumis à une
rayonnement UV, X ou gamma de l'astre lui-même ou d'une étoile compagnon, les
électrons sont accélérés par effet Compton en recevant davantage d'énergie dans
le sens de leur mouvement qu'ils n'en perdent dans le sens opposé (effet
Doppler). C'est là, pensons - nous, la cause de la fantastique vitesse angulaire
de certains pulsars, tournant en quelques millièmes de seconde tout en ayant une
masse de 1,4 fois celle du Soleil !!
Il est assez étonnant que les astrophysiciens n'aient jamais envisagé ce moteur
de la rotation des corps célestes, la force perpétuelle de Diderot en quelque
sorte. Mais pour que les électrons , au lieu de s'évader en droite ligne dans
l'espace, tournent autour de l'astre , il faut que celui-ci soit chargé
positivement d'un charge Q donnant une force d'attraction centripète. Le nombre
d'électrons est alors proportionnel à Q et donc à M. Le champ magnétique Bp est
proportionnel , entre autres, à la vitesse angulaire (explication complète dans
PROCYON) .
Les électrons en rotation entraînent les protons et finalement l'ensemble de
l'astre : c'est un moteur électrostatique . plus les électrons tournent vite ,
et plus le champ magnétique est fort, d'où une relation constante entre Bp, P ,
M, et R pour un astre donné . Quand le moteur disparait , quand les électrons ne
sont plus irradiés, l'astre freine sa rotation et son Bp diminue...
Notre relation avait été pressentie par P.M.S. BLACKETT (prix Nobel pour la
découverte des rayons cosmiques et l'invention du magnétomètre à protons) vers
1950 (cf son article dans Nature) . Mais l'explication fournie par Blackett ne
prévoyait pas les inversions du champ géomagnétique. Notre théorie explique ces
inversions puisque par association des effets Compton et Doppler les électrons
de l'ionosphère peuvent accélérer leur rotation dans un sens ou dans l'autre,
suivant le sens de leur mouvement initial.
The table above was submitted to Antony HEWISH, Nobel price for the discovery of
the pulsars. His answer send to me at 15 aug.1988 was the beginning of the new
cosmo-electrostatics (see this letter hereby). It is really puzzling that ,
totally independently from the quantum physics of CHANDRASEKHAR ,
it is possible to prove the existence of
the neutron stars. The radius is 12km but it could be reduced to 10km
with the discovery of a pulsar having a magnetic field stronger than 2.2
10E 9 teslas.
The theory is now explained in " La rotation des planètes expliquée par celle, fantastique, des pulsars" PROCYON n°126 janv.2005 (CP n°AS 72082 ISSN 0297-1038). As wrote A.HEWISH the relation Bp = 2.2 10E-17 M/PR working with a surprising precision for planets, pulsars and..galaxies is puzzling but it raise more questions than it answers. The most important question is : why do electron rings rotate around the celestial bodies. And the answer is revolutionary : because these bodies are electropositive by millions or billions of coulombs !
L'association des effets COMPTON et DOPPLER (Meunier 1991) fait que le plasma d'électrons reçoit plus d'énergie dans le sens du rayonnement , qu'il n'en perd quand il va contre le rayonnement. La rotation des électrons peut donc s'accélérer jusqu'à des vitesses fantastiques qui sont celles des pulsars tournant en quelques millisecondes .

in 1988 Antony HEWISH ( Nobel laureate for the discovery of the first pulsars),
send me a letter considering that these relation is puzzling as it seems to
raise more questions than it answers. Indeed it gives 12 km for the radius of
the pulsars and neutron stars, independently from Quantum physics ( 10km by
Chandrasekhar) .
A clear explanation is that the magnetic fields of celestial rotating bodies are
induced by the electrons rotating in the ionospheres. Somtimes such currents
induce magnetic fields inside a conducting sphere, like for the Earth. These
electrons are accelerated by the UV,X and gamma rays of the companion star and
they try to rotate faster and faster because they receive more energy in the
direction of rotation ( joined Doppler & Compton effects , Meunier , J of
Seismological Research, vol 14 n°4, 1991).
Electrons don't escape because the centripetal attraction of the + charged
bodies produces the rotation. This necessitates the ELECTROSTATIC REVOLUTION in
astronomy.
La force électrostatique peut agir d'une façon indirecte, par l'intermédiaire de
la force d'inertie
Supposons un astre en rotation, comme la Terre vue depuis le pôle Nord comme
ci-dessous. Il est soumis à un gonflement électrostatique par une charge globale
Q qui produit une augmentation dR du rayon R. Si l'astre perd brusquement une
partie de sa charge dQ, son rayon va tomber à R et sa croûte va subir un
déplacement dL qui peut être de l'ordre de 2 x 3,14 dR. Cette force d'inertie
agissant en chaque point d'une masse peut provoquer le glissement vers l'est des
couches géologiques les plus externes, donc une apparente augmentation de la
vitesse angulaire de la Terre . C'est ce qu'on observe après certains séismes
catastrophiques, lesquels sont parfois des explosions de charges+.
PULSAR GLITCHES as ELECTROSTATIC QUAKES
Pulsars accelerate suddenly (glitch) because they lose a great quantity of
+charges dQ ; their radius decreases by dR and so their angular speed
increases.We think that the same process acts for stars and planets. Slow
rotating pulsars, with periods of some seconds, accelerate to milli-second
pulsars and not the contrary as supposed in the years 1980'. Their magnetic
field Bp decreases because their ionosphere decreases and so the quantity of
rotating electrons producing the main , primary field
A FANTASTIC MISTAKE of the 20.century : the dogma of the ELECTRIC NEUTRALITY
Electrons are accelerated by the stellar UV and X rays to speeds of 10 000. to 300 000 km/s and so exist everywhere in the Universe, even in the extra-galactic space. So positive and negative charges are separated by gigantic ELECTROSTATIC + MACHINES which are the stars and the centres of the galaxies. These + centres do'nt explode because they evacuate in continuity the excess of +charges . For the Sun this produces the solar wind with the equivalent of the spiral arms of the galaxies which are not by a gravitational attraction of billions of stars (by hypothetic BLACK HOLES...) but an electrostatic expulsion.
This theory leads to a coherent explanation , for the first time, of the clouds of electrons rotating in the galactic equatorial plane :
-qualitatively : the electrons are evacuated by the stellar UV & X rays; they rotate by the joined Compton & Doppler effects (Meunier,1991) and by the centripetal attraction of the +charges stored in the galactic centre.
-quantitatively they produce the magnetic field of 10 nanoTesla observed , but also calculated by our relation giving the polar magnetic fields of celestial rotating bodies (see the rubric GEOMAGNETISM).
A SURPRISING EXPLANATION of the GRAVITATION : two bodies positively charged and moving together by the speed of 10 000 km/s produce a magnetic attraction...This is not observed but it could be GRAVITATIONAL ATTRACTION itself. More at www.geologie-nature-alsace.com at the rubric GRAVITATION
