A fundamental mistake of...Albert Einstein.
"...Einstein reacted negatively to Dirac's early contributions to quantum mechanics.-"I have trouble with Dirac. This balancing on the dizzying path between genius and madness is awful" , Einstein told to Ehrenfest in august 1926. In another letter he wrote, "I don't understand Dirac at all (Compton effect)." in <DIRAC : a scientific biography> by Helge KRAGH , Cambridge University Press, 1990.
The Compton effect is fundamental in the Universe because it transmit kinetic energy mainly to the electrons. So everywhere are electropositive plasmas by selective evacuation of the electrons by the UV, X and gamma rays. Our solar system is bathed in a positive plasma, the solar wind, because electrons are evacuated with speeds of more than 10 000km/s in the galactic space. Einstein searched during 50 years after the repulsive force working against the gravitational collapse of the Universe. And the solution was before his nose : each cm3 of air contains an excess of 100 +charges...This electropositivity is transmitted by the solar wind... Consequence: the electrostatic repulsion exists everywhere. For instance the Moon was ejected from the Earth, progressively some 4.5 billions years ago, when the solar wind was 1000 times ( or so) more +charged than today.Presently the electrostatic repulsion works still against the gravitation to avoid the return of the Moon. We have now the solution of the Poincarré's paradox : the energy loss by tides is so strong that the Moon must return to Earth...except if it exists a repulsive force....
A second important aspect of the Compton effect are the JOINED COMPTON and DOPPLER EFFECTS (JCDE): electrons receive more kinetic energy in the direction of their motion than they lose when the light goes against their motion.(first publication by J.M.Meunier , in Journal of Seismological Research vol14 n°4 , oct.1991. (President Kuo Mo-Jo medal of the Chinese Academy of Science for this publication, above).
This fundamental fact was never considered in astrophysics. It explains simply many unexplained observations : i/ the existence of relativistic electrons and positrons (speeds of nearly 300 000km/s). After several encouters with UV,X or gamma rays, electrons increase their speed, statiscally. ii/ Rotating ionospheres of celestial bodies irradiated by the X rays of a companion star rotate faster and faster..This explains not only the gigantic magnetic fields of the pulsars, but also their fantastic angular speed (periods of some millisecondes, sometimes).
iii/ above : The symbol of the Compton effect by which the light transmit the energy to the electrons and then to the matter may be the radiometer of CROOKES (1832-1919). The rotation cannot be a thermal effect because it would not be necessary to make the vacuum. Surely the electrons pushing the black faces are more numerous than those pushing the reflecting faces.

COSMO-ELECTROSTATICS, a COSMOLOGY with ANTIMATTER
Résumé.- La cosmo-électrostatique, essai d'une cosmologie de l'antimatière.
Suivant les vues de grands savants,prix Nobel, dont Paul DIRAC et Hannes ALFVEN, il y a une parfaite symétrie dans l'Univers, entre matière et antimatière. Le fait nouveau développé ici est que les deux mondes sont chargés électriquement, par évacuation, à la vitesse proche de 300 000 km/s , des électrons ou des positrons, sous l'action du rayonnement des étoiles (effet Compton). Notre Galaxie, la Voie Lactée , est globalement électropositive (sauf pour ses deux anneaux d'électrons, cf notre rubrique CELESTIAL ROTATIONS ci-dessus). Selon H.Alfven des galaxies proches pourraient être d'antimatière, telle la Galaxie D'Andromède. Comme proposé ci-joint, un corps céleste en rotation pourrait être de matière ordinaire ( koinomatter, cf avec Google) ou d'antimatière suivant le sens de son champ magnétique, dû à la rotation des anneaux d'électrons ou de positrons.
Si notre Univers fuit à la vitesse de 10 000 km/s, suivant l'axe détecté par la distorsion du rayonnement des radiogalaxies ( J.Ralston et B.Nodland, Physical Review Letters, 21/4/1997) et si la matière est chargée à +2,6 10E-6 coulomb/m3 (millionièmes de C) , alors il apparait une force magnétique d'attraction qui pourrait être la gravitation elle-même. De même que deux courants de sens opposés se repoussent, matière et antimatière devraient se repousser par ANTIGRAVITATION. Cela se traduit par une valeur négative de la masse dans la loi de Newton. Selon Paul DIRAC il apparaitrait de l'énergie négative -E = - mc2 qui aurait un sens physique dont nous discuterons...
Contrairement à ce que pense Gabriel CHARDIN ( théorie citée dans "Science et Vie" octobre 2009 p 58) l'antimatière forme des mondes où les objets s'attirent...L'antigravitation n'agit qu'entre matière et antimatière, comme la répulsion magnétique de deux courants de sens inverse. Cependant pour les objets "ordinaires" comme une étoile et une anti-étoile, l'attraction électrostatique est infiniment plus grande que la répulsion par antigravitation. Les deux forces antagonistes n'ont une valeur comparable que pour la matière condensée des étoiles à neutrons. Nous avons calculé que l'annihilation PULSAR-ANTIPULSAR ( qui rappelle étrangement celle des électron-positron) se fait quand la répulsion par antigravitation est dominée par l'attraction électrostatique des deux sphères dont la charge devient supérieure à 2,4 10E20 coulombs (suite à l'évacuation des électrons et positrons par l'intense rayonnement gamma). Cette fantastique charge d'un pulsar peut être retrouvée par notre méthode , entièrement indépendante de la physique quantique, celle donnant le champ magnétique Bp au pôle d'une sphère chargée + en rotation; on trouve alors Q = +1,2 10E20 coulombs.
Notre confirmation "expérimentale" par les champs magnétiques réellement observés de planètes, étoiles, galaxies.., de l'existence de la matière condensée, où chaque cm3 " pèse" des millions de tonnes, nous a valu une lettre encourageante du découvreur des pulsars, le prix Nobel Antony HEWISH (cf ci-joint). Cela donna naissance à une nouvelle mécanique céleste, où la force électrostatique joue un rôle prédominant : a/ le rayonnement met en mouvement les électrons (effet Compton) ; les protons suivent avec retard, d'où l'accumulation de charges+ b/ les électrons reçoivent plus d'énergie dans le sens du rayonnement que quand ils vont en sens contraire (association des effets Compton et Doppler , Meunier, 1991 , J.of Seismological Research) d'où :
1/ l'expansion de l'Univers+, par répulsion électrostatique, suite au départ d'une partie des électrons, à la vitesse proche de c...
2/ la rotation des corps célestes , dont celle fantastique de certains pulsars tournant en 1/1000 de seconde. Elle est due à la rotation des électrons des ionosphères, accélérés par le rayonnement de l'étoile compagnon...Mais ces électrons tournent aussi sous l'action d'une 2ème force, centripète, l'attraction électrostatique du corps central, chargé+.
Ainsi, comme l'ont affirmé Hannes Alfven et récemment Gabriel CHARDIN, la dynamique de l'Univers s'explique simplement sans faire appel à des chimères comme la matière noire, les trous noirs et autres sphères de cristal à la Ptolémée.

A total symmetry MATTER-ANTIMATTER.But where is antimatter ?
The view of Hannes ALFVéN (1908-1995;Nobel Prize in 1970 (magnetohydrodynamics). "With the discovery of the QSO's (quasars) still more gigantic releases of energy were found (than those of supernovae)....The only reasonable energy source for this seems the matter-antimatter annihilation. in "Problems of physics" edition by Academy of Erevan,1978.
Following Alfvén, each second galaxy is of antimatter !??. This is probably wrong for the visible Universe, fortunately... Yet it is strange that the sister of our Galaxy, the galaxy of Andromedae, M31, flies against the normal Hubble expansion and will encounter our Milky Way in 200 millions years !! The main force in the Universe is the electrostatic one, and so a galaxy of antimatter , negatively charged, would flee in the opposite direction...
Are NEUTRINOS fast ANTINEUTRONS ? Energetic neutrons produced in nuclear reactors are stopped only by walls of lead of more than 1m. We suggest that energetic ANTINEUTRONS are not stopped at all...as they are the NEUTRINOS ! :

As well known, energetic nuclear processes produce symmetrically PROTONS and ANTIPROTONS, ELECTRONS and POSITRONS. Then ANTINEUTRONS escape in the SEA of NEGATIVE ENERGY (Paul DIRAC). As E =mc2 , if E is negative the mass m of antimatter must be negative. As a consequence NEWTON's law must be written in algebric form : antimatter is repelled by matter by antigravitation.
CONCLUSION : Antimatter exists in our environment in the form of fast ANTINEUTRONS . 99,999....% of them cross the whole Earth. Then in some regions of the Universe they are stopped by antimatter bodies where they constitute antimatter stars and galaxies...A perfect symmetric cosmology in conformity with the ideas of the Nobel prizes Paul DIRAC and Hannes ALFVEN .
